My Drivers License was stolen – can I present a theft form?

No. The driving license is mandatory for rent a vehicle

The rented vehicle car can be driven by anyone else but me?

Yes upon hiring the extra ‘additional driver’. At the time of the pick up you should give the name and the documentation of additional driver (Identification Document and Drivers License).

Lost objects:

For any object left inside our vehicles, please contact our Reservations Center at geral@azoreseasyrent.com. However, Azores Easy Rent accepts no responsibility for items left in the vehicle at the end of the rental agreement.

Fines for parking, tolls, Scuts and other violations of the Highway Code.

Parking tickets and any breach of the Highway Core are the responsibility of the hirer, who must settle before returning the vehicle. What is the Excess?

When you make a booking, the car you hired have an excess, this excess is the value you are responsible for the car security deposit it’s canceled with you. This amount is charged only in the event of misuse by customer.
